PA001 is a 3D printed Pillar Array Device with down to 3 pixel (22μm) pillars. With one input and one output (1.1mm each) the channel to pillar-array interface is designed to match cross-sectional area, to increase the flow conformity, and better provide consistent flow throughout the pillar array. The pillar array pitch is equal to twice the pillar designed width.
Each of the dimensional specs of the design are based on a 7.6μm pixel pitch design The actual size of the features will be affected by exposure and print settings.
